The paper will be used for the printing of Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) of the CVIF- Dynamic Learning Program (DLP), which DepEd Sarangani has been implenting.
Initially implemented at the Central Visayas Institute Foundation, CVIF-DLP is an alternative approach in teaching that develops independent learners through validated learning activity sheets.
This teaching pedagody is designed to be disaster-resilient and low-cost, which could work best in the new normal teaching-learning setup, where there is very little teacher intervention due to social distancing protocols.
“With the support from Smart, we can reproduce the LAS and have it ready for distribution to the more than 7,000 Muslim learners by the start of the school year. This is a huge help for the ALIVE program,” shares Bedaria Tan, the ALIVE Program Focal Person of the Schools Division of Sarangani.
Aside from the bond paper donation, Smart has been actively supporting the ALIVE Program in Sarangani in its various efforts.
